2. The employee activates the portal and prepares to receive net pay.
3. On payday, QXMP arrives in the employee's personal wallet.
4. QXMP is minted 1:1 against USD held in BitGo reserves.
5. The employee can hold the balance and participate in monthly QELT rewards.
6. The employee can instead convert QXMP to cash and redeem to a bank account.
